Aneri is an award-winning climate ecosystem builder who has extensive experience founding, operating, and scaling entrepreneur support programs. She founded the largest energy access accelerator in Africa, built a network of 3,000 energy access practitioners with the UN, operationalized Meta’s Social Innovation Lab in partnership with the USG and MIT Media Lab, supported 10,000+ global clean energy businesses as COO of New Energy Nexus, and drove over a dozen corporate partnerships with companies at Elemental Excelerator.

Dash understands startups—she has founded 4 companies, directly mentored 26 founding teams, and trained 850+ founders. She also understands established businesses—she has supported innovation efforts for 20+ corporate clients.

simone mcfarlane

Simone works at the intersection of social impact, sustainability, and entrepreneurial problem-solving, with experience spanning social enterprises, nonprofits, and urban planning consultancies. She has led corporate onboarding, partnership development, and market expansion for a renewable energy social enterprise, and strengthened program management systems for a nonprofit advancing food justice. She is passionate about building systems and collaborations that translate big-picture sustainability goals into measurable results.

SAYA GODDARD

Saya supports the team through research, content development, and design assistance across climate and energy innovation projects, contributing background research, synthesising insights, and helping prepare presentations and visual materials.

Through shadowing project work, she is developing a practical understanding of corporate–startup collaboration in the climate tech ecosystem, with a particular interest in how innovation translates sustainability ambition into real-world implementation.
