Dash understands startups—she has founded 4 companies, directly mentored 26 founding teams, and trained 850+ founders. She also understands established businesses—she has supported innovation efforts for 20+ corporate clients.

Simone works at the intersection of social impact, sustainability, and entrepreneurial problem-solving, with experience spanning social enterprises, nonprofits, and urban planning consultancies.
